Maria Antonia of Naples and Sicily, Princess of Asturias. She was one of the daughters of Maria Carolina, and was likely named for her mother’s favourite sister, Marie Antoinette.

(I love that there’s a front AND a back to this miniature. I’ve never seen one done like this before!)

Maria Antonia married Fernando VII in 1802 when he was Prince of Asturias and was the last Princess consort of Asturias for over two centuries. Doña Letizia became Princess consort in 2004 ending María Antonia’s “reign”.

(While the Countess of Barcelona and Queen Sofía have been styled as Princess consort of Asturias those were titles in pretense)

The Infante Don Carlos, cousin of His Majesty and one of the two claimants to the Headship of the House of the Two-Sicilies, has decreed that his eldest grandson, Prince Jaime de Borbón-Dos Sicilias, heir of the Infante’s only son Prince Pedro, will be known as the Duke of Capua.

The duke and duchess of Calabria (nee Pss Anne of France). 1960s.
Curious fact of this couple: They, as other royals such as Anne Marie of Denmark and Constantinos of Greece, fell in love in Pss Sophie of Greece marriage with Don Juan Carlos, prince of Asturias, 1962. Diana was one of  Sofia´s bridesmaid.

I think you meant that Anne was a bridesmaid, not her sister ;)
